IE5/Macintosh CSS support.

CSS-1
CSS-2
- 3,4,5: Conformance, Syntax and Selectors (except for attribute selectors)
- 9,11: Positioning: (position,top,right,bottom,left,visibility,overflow,clip)
- 9: display:run-in
- 9: display:compact treated reasonably (though not optimally, but certainly enough to consider as "downlevel" support).
- 10.8.1: vertical-align:<length>
- 13.3: page-break-before and page-break-after
- 14.3: gamma correction
- 17: empty-cells, caption-side (top & bottom), table-layout:fixed
- 18: UI: Outline, System Fonts, Colors and Cursors (except <uri> cursor)
I think we actually do most (75%?) of CSS-2 as a result. Not too bad for "experimental".
CSS-3
(yeah, I know, yikes, but hey, we needed some of these)
If you're really brave, you'll try out some of our experimental CSS-3 support.
