BTW How to link to a time-index in YouTube videos: add a t param, e.g. http://youtu.be/KeZ3WzoUYi8?t=2140s or designate the time offset in minutes and seconds using m and s, e.g. t=35m40s. Note that this only seems to work for links to YouTube videos, and not for embeds.
