Today was the last day of my first term @W3CAB. As promised, new W3C license: http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/2015/copyright-software-and-document News: http://www.w3.org/blog/news/archives/4743 It’s a huge improvement over the previous W3C Document License, but we still have work to do to get to CC0. Howver, this license is sufficiently flexible/liberal that hopefully it will help grow broader web community experience with such liberal & forkable licenses.
