Fitter & a bit lighter this year, I feel trained, though not as much as I’d like to be (September & October travel made it tough). Yet I know these trails, and I know my body. The air is clean this year, and the weather is looking good. I’m focusing on finishing healthy in the course time limit to make it official. Going for smoothness over speed.
