Workout: 1600 progressive, 3x400 + 200 rests, 1200 + 400 rests, 2x800 + 400 rests
I did: WU jog/run, 5x400 + ~90 second stretch rest, abs, CD jog/run
It was particularly fun pacing (and keeping up with!) coach Nick on my 2nd to last 400 (his last lap) for a 1:35 (just a few sec slower than my Kezar lap PR).
